“Fabulous week, hard to fault”

Just back from a fabulous week with Mark Warner, our 2nd time here. Everything was excellent, it would be difficult to fault it. The pool was quiet and very clean, ideal for swimming. Just back from a fabulous week with Mark Warner, our 2nd time here. Everything was excellent, it would be difficult to fault it. The pool was quiet and very clean, ideal for swimming. The beach was lovely. Sunbeds are the best with plenty of choice. The pontoon is a great addition to the site. I had an allergic reaction to something in the buffet, the local hospital was excellent. If I had to complain, the table tennis tables could do with being replaced. A big and very special mention to Enes, the cycling coordinator who not only went out of his way to be super friendly on the pontoon, he entertained us on the cycle, and he looked after me brilliantly at the hospital, going above and beyond. Enes is MW Phokaias best asset!

“Poor sailing equipment”

Don't go here if you want safe, decent,sailing equipment. We saw a catamaran dismasted due to lack of maintenance, narrowly missing the crew. The boats are all knackered and need replacing. Comments to the staff are met with a derisory ' I'll look at that', which is exactly what they do and sweet F… lisää

Comments to the staff are met with a derisory ' I'll look at that', which is exactly what they do and sweet FA! . And don't bother writing to the CEO Mark Chitty, he does not respond .

“So much to like but not all good”

Good things : Activities: there are several to choose from, mostly Water or Racket based. Location : At the sea are most of the offerings. Staff : All helpful and knowledgeable. Good things : Activities: there are several to choose from, mostly Water or Racket based. Location : At the sea are most of the offerings. Staff : All helpful and knowledgeable. Pool facilities : Sunbeds, size of pool. cleanliness. Excellent massage. Not so Good : The Restaurant staff are positively predatory, making eating on ones own difficult (They whisk away any unprotected plates of food). The selection is fair, but almost all hot food is cold (Cold chips, Veg, plates. etc.). Indoor and outdoor pools were really cold (therefore unused). Several people had bad upset stomachs including both of us. Massage manager untrustworthy/crafty.
