“Lovely Hotel and Friendly Staff”

Me and my partner went to Han Deluxe last week for a well needed break! We didn't get to the hotel until 2am and the man at reception, Sedat, was friendly and polite and carried my bag to the room which was quite heavy and we were across the hotel and on the first floor. Our room was quite sizable, the bed was comfortable and Netflix on the TV! The cleaners came around every day and they always provided fresh bedding and towels. The bathroom was quite big also, with a walk in shower. Shampoo, body wash and some soap is provided. The pool was clean, the area tidy and well laid out. Music was played during the day and helped us relax around the pool. It wasn't too loud and they played a variety of genres. The staff behind the bar, Ibo and Gizzy made us feel very welcome. Always a smile on their faces and they made rounds around the pool to ensure all the empty glasses were refreshed. It was lovely getting to know them and loved how they called us by our names, wished us a good morning/afternoon when they first see us. Ibo also played pool with us on the nights and always made time to sit and talk when he could. As it was a bed and breakfast, we were provided with breakfast choices every morning and coffee, juices and water was always available. The wait staff were very polite and would converse with us every time we entered. All in all, Han Deluxe is a lovely hotel where you feel welcome and it is right at the beginning of the strip, close to all the restaurants, bars and shopping areas. We will definitely be back and you will not be disappointed if you are looking to visit.

“Friendly staff, hotel needs an uplift”

The rooms are a bit dated, but staff are really helpful especially,Gizzy and ibo they're amazing and always there to help and baby Aden Lina was such a joy to be around. “Poor”

Never a 4 star hotel more like a 2 stayed in many 4 star all over Turkey a lot lot nicer never have I stayed at a four star with carpet on the floor ,which I might add full on stains not hygienic at all ! The smell in the room was shocking 😮 told receptionist she told cleaner put bleach down toile… lisää

The smell in the room was shocking 😮 told receptionist she told cleaner put bleach down toilet shower ,not much better ,hand rails if you touched them up to our room very unsafe ,rail pool edge has notice saying don’t use rail waiting to be fixed ? ,staff lovely ,music round pool bar very very loud from about 9am till gone midnight ,no one about from about 6 so why is music still so loud,restaurant served nice meals ,wouldn’t recommend wouldn’t return

“Could be good”

While this hotel is classed as a 4 star it may have been 10 yrs ago but everything needs updating, wallpaper coming off, dirty carpet. While this hotel is classed as a 4 star it may have been 10 yrs ago but everything needs updating, wallpaper coming off, dirty carpet. The beds are really hard and pillows really soft and possibly need replacing. Having said this the towels were immaculate. If it wasn’t for the fantastic staff this place would be on its knees as they are a real credit to the place. If you do book try not to get the rooms on the basement as we were flooded and the smell was not good. Pity the management were not as nice as their staff
