“Superb resort!”

Superb resort! Stayed here every year and we will never get bored of it. It has everything we need, Turkish bath & massage treatments are brilliant, the staff and entertainment team cannot do enough for you if you need anything. Superb resort! Stayed here every year and we will never get bored of it. It has everything we need, Turkish bath & massage treatments are brilliant, the staff and entertainment team cannot do enough for you if you need anything. Fred the resident photographer is so lovely. Would thoroughly recommend him to do a photo shoot, he’s friendly and relaxed and is a fantastic photographer, a real gent. Food is plentiful and good variation for all tastes. My only criticism would be the wifi. This year was really hit and miss whereas previous years it has been excellent coverage but the Manager is aware so hopefully it will get sorted again. On countdown for our return again next year…☺️

“Brilliant”

Me and my boyfriend went with easy jet and it was amazing. The location is brilliant the beach is a less than 10 minute walk from the hotel and there’s lots of activities to do it the area in which we did the paragliding which was beautiful. Me and my boyfriend went with easy jet and it was amazing. The location is brilliant the beach is a less than 10 minute walk from the hotel and there’s lots of activities to do it the area in which we did the paragliding which was beautiful. The pool with the palm trees in the photos was only for swim up rooms however the other main pool was more then big enough with many activities going on in it throughout the day such as water polo and obstacle courses. Every night they had dances for children to do at about 9 o’clock however one of the days they had Latin dancers which was amazing to watch. On Sundays there’s the opportunity to go to a beach party at the blue lagoon which is brilliant. The food was great as-well with a wide range of options and even daily soups which I loved. Every worker we spoke to was extremely friendly and they even had a selection of cocktails without having to upgrade to the sky bar. The room was nice and had really good AC, we were on the top floor and the view from the balcony of the pool was gorgeous and it was useful that we could hang wet clothing items out there each night to dry.

Spent a week here, food was decent, have a good selection so something for everyone, cocktails were strong but had lots to choose from and were still nice. Facilities were loverly and the animation team was brilliant. They held lots of pool activities and offer a trip every Sunday to the blue lagoon for a beach party which was amazing. Also just under a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach so can’t complain. Would recommend 👍

“More of a 3 star I would say”

I arrived with my children late. There was no food offered, I asked how we could get some and was given a sandwich to keep us going until 7.30 am the next day. I arrived with my children late. There was no food offered, I asked how we could get some and was given a sandwich to keep us going until 7.30 am the next day. To note there is no food available from 9pm until 7.30 am, which is not great from an all inclusive. The first night we did not sleep as there was a strange noise coming from the walls all night long (something a previous reviewer did mention). I asked to change rooms as did request a low level room and was given a level 3 instead. Luckily the request was granted albeit a smaller room but no noise and easy access so that was good. I did find when going to the 1st room that was given to us that the hallways were just dark, no lighting at all, it did not feel very safe. I was given one room key and asked for 3 as there was 3 of us and was told they charge £20 for each room key! I’ve never had this before from a 4 star hotel it left me baffled. I then asked for towels for the sun beds and was told they do not provide them! Again I have never come across this before and was not happy. TUI need to update their website with these very relevant details it is not good enough. The towels were being charged at £10 each. Both my son and me had small incidents where by we asked for a plaster, they had no first aid kit, for a hotel this large I would have thought this was a basic requirement. We were told there was a shop downstairs where we could purchase this. They only had something similar to duck tape which you can’t really use! Fruit juices for breakfast were a disappointment as they have this horrible weird after taste (noted from a previous reviewer aswell). I was disappointed in the very small selection of dishes for breakfast/lunch/dinner. I have been used to hotels with so much more variety. Iced coffee again not great. I was surprised at the size of the restaurant given how many rooms there are, expecting it to be larger but they clear away tables very quick to allow for the turnaround. Downside to this is if you are eating alone which I did a few times. I placed my cake down went to go get coffee and came back to find it thrown away. There is nothing to secure your food or table if you don’t have items to leave on the table or people to tell them to leave your food alone. The rooms do not have a lot of plug sockets so worth taking an extension lead with you. There is a hairdryer and shampoo and body wash. I did ask to borrow an iron but was told they do not have that and you can only pay to have clothes ironed. If you can, it is worth getting the swim up rooms as you get a pool area to yourself which is a lot quieter. When I looked at the pools in the pictures I assumed they were all accessible but you only get access to the large pool and then the pool with the slides. TUI write there are 3 bars: the only working bar as part of the all inclusive is the pool bar. There is a bar in the restaurant downstairs which states it is open 12-6pm where as it was open around midday for when people have lunch and closed the rest of the time which proved useless, as you have to walk to the pool bar everytime you want a drink. The bar above the pool bar is payable: Cakes that were available 5-6 pm comprised mainly of biscuits and nothing cream related all very basic and a small variety. They do a beach party at the blue lagoon on a Sunday for £10 each that pays for the travel there and back, 2.30-7.30 and you get a sun lounger and a shot and a foam party which was fun. Drinks and food you have to pay for yourself, but it is a fun day out. Good to note that there are no grounds to walk at the hotel. You have the lobby area, pool area but if you wanted to be able to roam around and find quieter areas you would not find that. You do not get table service for any drinks, whether it is breakfast lunch or dinner, you have to get your own. Water is provided in cups and they are small so we had to get a few and found they were not always cold, naturally they are having to replenish faster and they don’t have time to chill. The only water available is in the restaurants or our room was only given 3 water bottles twice during our visit. Never seen that before, always had bottled water at hotels. I read previous reviews from October 2025 regards food poisoning and spiked drinks. I was pleased that neither happened during our time here, probably as they only generally use one bar and don’t have much food options. We found the beds hard and asked for a topper. Also asked for a duvet as too hot with no air con and too cold with the air con so just needed something other then the thin ones on the bed: the duvet comes with no covers on them. WiFi was not given on arrival so was confused and could not join. You have to go to the reception for them to manually give you access to the WiFi. Late check out is until 4pm with a charge of £40 which I asked for as our flight was not until later but was told all 170 rooms were full and no one had late flights/arrivals so I could not get a late check out. We found that the animation team were lovely and friendly and that made the hotel with activities during the day and evening entertainment. Arthur in particular was very good. Knows a few languages and how he can remember everyone’s names I don’t know but he is a great asset to the hotel. The shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away so if you were thinking of not going all inclusive, you would have access to food. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. There are numerous shops selling excursions if you were interested. I would not come back here as more a 3 star hotel from the things I have described from my point of view. The hotel staff were all very nice and professional the whole time so can’t knock that.. Breakfast is 7.30-10. Late breakfast is 10-10.30. Lunch 12.30-2pm. Snacks 2.30-5pm. Ice cream 3-4pm. Cakes 5-6pm. Dinner 7-9pm. Hope the review helps make your decision as I would have liked to have known this.
