Negatives rooms need tlc very tired looking not cleaned very well basic cleaning shove a few towels in hit or miss iff fridge restocked? Food where do I start breakfast ok not alot off choice no croissants? Little cakes etc? Lunch same most days?evening meal same ? Not alot off variation and not alot for children to eat apart from chips Snack/pool bar chips pizza burger were OKwe ate out couple times Not alot off space to sit when the weather was very wet The general level off cleanliness wasn't great greeted by the night before mess as you went into breakfast not very welcoming Toilets were always un clean no soap in dispenser by pool toilets for two days no water at one point! We have been to many hotels we didn't pay alot for our 10 days but..I still expect a higher level off cleanliness due to the amount off people there

“Holiday on a budget”

Brilliant location - next to the beach and close to strip etc Hotel grounds lovely despite flooding from 2 day storm. Staff v helpful. Rooms - tired. Bathroom shower screen some glass had cracked and come out. Spa - only used for shower late checkout which was grim, dirty. Food ok - usual AI stand… lisää

Drinks ok - again usual AI Booked a cheap Easter break and that's what we got.

“Nice little getaway, but disappointing in areas”

Pros: - All the food was nice and the always found something good to eat. - The cocktails were really nice as well, very generous with the alcohol. - Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. - We prefer not to have our room cleaned as we are generally very tidy and don’t like people in our room and of course the staff were very understanding of this. They also left us supplies such as toilet rolls outside of our door without us asking which was a lovely touch. - Location as well is fantastic. Not even a 30 second walk to an absolutely beautiful beach. - Two decently sized pools which were so incredibly cold, however once you’re in it was bearable. - The food at the snack bar was also nice which you don’t always find at these kind of resorts Cons: - No matter where you sit, you’ll be treated to second hand smoke. - The rooms are outdated and could do with a thorough clean. Our bedsheet came off in the night to reveal what looked like blood stains on the mattress and mattress protector. - The fan/air conditioning unit didn’t do anything. It would turn on but then not do anything while it was on. - The drains in the rooms were producing an unpleasant odour, however this was an intermittent issue and wasn’t noticeable after the first day. - While it’s not the hotels fault that the weather was poor for the first few days, there was not enough chairs and tables to accommodate all of the guests. We were all crammed into one small space which again was filled with second hand smoke. It felt as if there were more guests than they were prepared for. - The WiFi is poor and quite expensive, it cost us £26 for 7 days. The safe was £3 a day which we didn’t bother with. The 2 free GB in the lobby didn’t work for our devices. - The cats are absolutely everywhere. This didn’t bother myself or my partner as we love cats, however if you’re not keen this is something to bear in mind - The toilets in the main lobby are disgusting. I have been to this resort previously in 2024 and the experience we had this time was slightly disappointing to the one we previously had. It’s a budget hotel and you get what you pay for and overall it was a good little getaway, however there are a few basic things the hotel could do to make the guest experience so much more pleasant. I would return to this resort, however later in the year.
