“Fabulous family holiday”

We've spent a week there in may and to be honest I've not one negative thing to write. Everything was absolutely amazing The hotel is cleaned to an Extreme. It's spotless anywhere you look. Anyone here will go beyond and above to make your holiday unforgettable. Food was delicious. So many choice… lisää

We've spent a week there in may and to be honest I've not one negative thing to write. Everything was absolutely amazing The hotel is cleaned to an Extreme. It's spotless anywhere you look. Anyone here will go beyond and above to make your holiday unforgettable. Food was delicious. So many choices for the whole family. Swimming pools, water slides, playground so many things to spend your day and the best of all Unlimited amount of ice cream 🍦 I can highly recommend this place. Can't comment on TUI activities as we haven't a booked through them so couldn't really join in, that's only thing to keep in mind if you wanna come on your own like us.

We have recently returned from an 11-night stay at the Holiday Village Turkey. We arrived at the hotel on 11/05/26 as a family of six: two adults and four children aged 16, 14, 8 and 5. The transfer was lovely, with the driver giving us water and sweets on arrival. When we reached the hotel, we were greeted with welcome drinks and staff carried our luggage for us in the lobby. We were then given two incredibly beautiful family rooms overlooking the main pool (2224/2225). Our first week, outside of term time, was absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself is stunning and kept incredibly clean, with staff going above and beyond every single day — from the maids and restaurant staff to the maintenance and bar teams. The food was genuinely some of the best all-inclusive food we’ve had, the ice cream counter always ran smoothly, and the staff were incredibly chatty and proactive with our children. My two younger children attended kids’ club, which they absolutely loved. A special thank you to Alfie (big Alfie), Erin and Nikita, who were a real credit to the team — my children adored them. Our first week genuinely exceeded expectations, and we were extremely happy with our holiday choice. I also had a massage and facial at the spa and was treated like royalty from start to finish. However, once half-term started for parts of the UK during our second week, the atmosphere of the hotel changed dramatically. Unfortunately, the experience went from feeling like luxury to feeling more like a Butlin’s abroad. Dinner became chaotic, and one evening we walked in to see a parent screaming, and slapping their child across the back. Again, this was absolutely not the hotel’s fault, but it’s not really the sort of scene I was expecting after paying a significant amount of money for a nice holiday. Sunbeds also became almost impossible to get. I found myself waking up at 6am to reserve beds, only to return hours later and find other guests using them anyway. There are plenty of signs stating that sunbeds should not be reserved before 7am, but this definitely wasn’t being followed, as towels were already down by 6am most mornings(people sit on these until 7 so they can get away with it!) I really want to stress that the hotel staff still worked incredibly hard during this exceptionally busy period, so these issues were not the fault of the hotel itself. Sadly, it was more the behaviour of some guests that changed the overall experience for us. Thankyou to Ashye during dinner service always smiling and happy Would we return? Yes — absolutely. But never again during half-term

We have just returned from a 2 week stay as a family of 6. We had a fantastic time. The hotel itself is very well maintained, food was fantastic and so much choice for all. The concept for children is fantastic in the dining area. One down point was the reception team for us. We travelled as a family of 6, with a 1 year old and 3 year old. Whilst we were aware we would have 2 rooms, on numerous occasions prior to arriving we had contacted TUI and the hotel and were assured we would have rooms next to each other. This wasn't the case and was asked to pay £1060 to upgrade to be next to one another. This was a huge stressor and disappointment. We ended up downgrading with very little compassion from the reception team. The beds were very uncomfortable too. The children's entertainment team in the 3-6 year old section and creche were fantastic. Our little boys adored going and they were so well looked after. Pancakes with Elif in the pancake bar were amazing too. Great location from the airport too. Highly recommend for children under 9. My 12 and 14 year old became a little bored.
