The treatment provided by Mrs. Kadek from Bali was exceptional and delivered with great expertise and care. The staff was friendly, room service was flawless, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, making it very satisfying as well. We would especially like to thank Guest Relations Supervisor Ms. Deniz Değerli for her kindness, thoughtful gifts, and interest in our newborn throughout our stay, as well as Ali from Turkmenistan for his exemplary attention to our needs. This was our first stay at a Marriott hotel as a family, and we will definitely consider staying at other Marriott hotels in Türkiye in the future.
