I had a very good time and entertainment crew was amazing and I totally recommend it. The views were very beautiful, the rooms were very clean, and the food was amazing. The staff were very nice and always on time. You should definitely come. The entertainment crew was very good and kept us active and we had a lot of fun playing darts and other sports, Ram was the best along with Sait they were both amazing.

We have just returned from this fantastic hotel to which we have visited many times No hotel we've been to can rival the quality and friendliness of all the staff we encountered and we have been to a lot of hotels on holiday It's a large complex but always manages to provide a personal touch and any issues are quickly dealt with. You are spoilt for choice with food, the main buffet restaurant is excellent, there two a la carte and I would recommend visiting each one. There is also the Archipelago bar which is quieter and ideal for snacks. The night time entertainment is superb a different quality show every night. There is never a problem with sunbeds as thre are plenty in different locations I feel a special mention should be for Jen the hairdresser who did my wife's hair, also Muchahit Demir the waiter who always made sure I had coffee and juice at my breakfast. Finally a special thanks to managers Ibrahim and Alperen for everything

Don't be put off by the look of the reception area you don't walk in and think WOW but when you walk out from the terrace at the premium bar you certainly do, beautiful views over the huge infinity pool with palm trees out to see. Excellent hotel, looking forward to going back. Don't be put off by the look of the reception area you don't walk in and think WOW but when you walk out from the terrace at the premium bar you certainly do, beautiful views over the huge infinity pool with palm trees out to see. Reception staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming, I'd like to mention Sefa the assistant manager he's a real asset to the hotel we spoke to him numerous times he's friendly, knowledgeable about the area and really interested in all feedback good or bad, a real credit to the hotel. All staff do a wonderful job, if you take your wife book her in with John the hairdresser, he cut and coloured my wife's hair and did a brilliant job, all staff are fantastic. The 2 alacart restaurant's are amazing really good chefs and managed really, the roos are really amazing with stunning views, never a shortage of sunbeds, super decked areas with direct access to the sea, stunning main swimming pool and lovely tendered grounds. One slight let down for me and Jackie was the food in the buffet restaurant, a great selection but very hit and miss sometimes hot food was cold, 5 minute boiled eggs were raw and a lot of the BBQ food was cold. But we will definitely return in September because there are too many positives at Xanadu Island 🏝

“Amazing and beautiful.”

Never been to this area before and a bit unsure about the holiday. I woke up to the most beautiful view I have ever seen. The pools were amazing and the à la carts were very good. Never been to this area before and a bit unsure about the holiday. I woke up to the most beautiful view I have ever seen. The pools were amazing and the à la carts were very good. Sometimes in the buffet , was a bit limited but we didn’t go hungry. The snack bar with waiters were amazing. We loved everything. The Rose bar was a pleasure . Most staff were good. On the down side, practically most of the staff could not speak English . I wanted the toilet but no one could understand . The cleaners came at 5 .30pm to clean our room . I had to say no as we were preparing to shower and go out. We had an incident at the pool. The young girl bringing our drinks dropped some of her drinks off the tray into my beach bag and my sun bed. Every thing was wet. I had my medication and glasses etc in the bag. She just walked away. We had to clean all our stuff as none of them spoke English . Apart from that we had an amazing holiday and will definitely come back to this hotel .
