Have been at this hotel twice a year for the past 13 plus years. We are always looked after and made to feel welcome by all the staff, rooms clean and tidy and housekeeper was fab daily change of towels and tidy and beds changed regularly. Entertainment team are amazing fifi sima and Emily, they get everyone involved if you wish to participate in activities darts pool, water polo and a kids club runs on a morning and afternoon for the younger ones. Food was plentiful and was always something for everyone myself and my daughter are extremely fussy and we always managed to have a filling meal. Breakfasts are lovely fresh fruit omelettes and other dishes. Fred the hotel photographer is amazing at what he does and every year we come home with new photos of us all. I really cant fault this hotel except maybe larger beer cups 😉 already booked up for next year ..

Very good price to comfort ratio in oludeniz. We've been in many other hotels here and can compare :) Of course some problems might happen, but personal doing their best to solve. We had our family member suddenly joined us on second day and with kind help from ms. Semiha (from reservation department) we got bigger room for very good price without new booking. Also when we had a problem with hot water being not very hot, hotel handyman (sorry, forgot the name) solved it in just couple of hours. Food and cleaning are fairly good, comparable to other 5star hotels.

“Mainly lovely stay”

After looking at the reviews, was a little worried about what we would find. We had 2 rooms at the bottom of the water slides. After looking at the reviews, was a little worried about what we would find. We had 2 rooms at the bottom of the water slides. Positives- - Great location - Rooms cleaned daily, making bed, emptying bins, cleaning round bathroom, bed changed once and towels changed when left in shower. Bottles of water daily, free of charge. Tea & coffee in room. - Food was ok but not as warm as it could be. A range of salads and desserts everyday. The bread was so fresh and light. Pizzas, burgers, chips and chicken nuggets for kids. Ice cream at 3pm. - Drinks not restricted Room for improvement- - it was the end of season so only first night with entertainment (a fire show). I think the entertainment team could have come up with something other than pool - Food seemed to be just curry/stews towards the end. They still had guests so should have done more. Not even anything themed for Halloween or National Turkey Day (apart from flags). Turkish dancing/music would have been well received - majority of staff friendly. Restaurant staff just stood by the door and didn’t pay much attention to guests. You had to fetch your own drinks from the bar. We are always willing to tip for good service but felt it lacked. - and finally….last day. Our flight wasn’t until 22.50, as was others. After breakfast we went for a walk down to the strip to watch the paragliders landing for a final time. When we got back, the whole hotel was being taken apart. Tables and chairs packed up in the restaurant (after the staff had been treated to lunch). Don’t get me wrong, the staff deserve to be recognised but perhaps, AFTER the guests have departed. No lunch, no afternoon snacks, no dinner. Very, very disappointing for a last day of our holiday. After all, we had paid for that day. Luckily the weather was still on our side. We had extended our rooms until 4pm due to late flights. We asked before we went to shower if we could still get a drink. The OWNER said yes. When we returned, the bar was closed and all the table and chairs had gone. It’s only because I insisted that the indoor bar open that we got a drink and finally a hurriedly put together sandwich from behind reception. I understand the wind down at the end of season but this was our holiday and we felt cheated out of our last full day.
