This hotel is absolutely picture-perfect, and the marketing materials are completely truthful. It truly is as stunning as it looks. The staff work tirelessly to keep every area of the resort immaculate. A special thank you to the beach team and lifeguards, who went above and beyond to ensure guest safety by clearing mossy rocks and removing jellyfish (thankfully non‑stinging ones). We were lucky enough to experience what can only be described as exceptional service from Mehmet, who works in the main restaurant and occasionally at the beach restaurant. He is a standout server who anticipates your needs effortlessly. He remembered our preferred drinks and delivered small but thoughtful touches that made a big difference. One evening, I sat down with my soup only to realise I’d forgotten a spoon — before I could even look around, Mehmet appeared with one in hand. That level of attentiveness is true 5‑star service. No other server came close to his standard. Thank you, Mehmet — we genuinely miss you. Midway through our stay, we experienced an issue with our room, which was resolved immediately. We were also kindly offered an upgrade, which was greatly appreciated and demonstrated how much the hotel values its guests. The food and drinks were of excellent quality, fresh, flavourful, and not overly processed. We especially appreciated that much of the food was displayed behind glass and served by staff, maintaining high hygiene standards and enhancing the overall sense of luxury. There are just a couple of areas for improvement. Drink service on the beach and around the pool could be more efficient. Although the parasol buzzers were a nice touch, it often took around 20 minutes to be served even when it wasn’t busy. Entertainment during the day and evening was fairly limited. We understand that we visited early in the season, but compared to other 5‑star resorts we’ve experienced, there were no evening shows or daytime activities for children. The only evening entertainment available was a live band. Overall, thank you to NG Phaselis Bay for a wonderful and luxurious holiday. We had a truly enjoyable stay.

We stayed at the hotel in April and truly had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, with a well-thought-out infrastructure, lush surroundings, and a very high standard throughout. Our room was spacious, stylish, and impeccably maintained — housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always keeping everything fresh and spotless. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding level of service. The entire team was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We would particularly like to highlight the restaurant and bar staff, who delivered exceptional service with warmth and professionalism. Every dining experience was a pleasure, thanks to their attentiveness and friendly attitude. A special thank you also goes to the housekeeping team for their consistent dedication. And of course, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to our personal assistant Darina, whose support and responsiveness made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. “Outstanding hotel”

Just returned from the amazing NG Phaselis Bay hotel. This hotel is set in an amazing location with views to the sea and the mountains. Just returned from the amazing NG Phaselis Bay hotel. This hotel is set in an amazing location with views to the sea and the mountains. Check in was straightforward with a glass of Moët being well received. Restaurant, but different from other hotels as you ask the staff to plate your food . Restaurant though was really lovely and the staff very friendly and attentive. Beer and Burger Bar, thankfully we got to experience this in the evening as it normally closes around 7pm. The burger was amazing. Would suggest this restaurant stays open until at least 9pm. 24 hour restaurant, this is a must if you like a lovely setting, great food and amazing staff. 2 waiters looked after us, Ekran and unfortunately I never got the other persons name but both provided great service and also took time to talk to us. Adult pool area, we would normally prefer such an area but it was really quiet with no light music playing so we preferred to sit near the beach and main pool. Bars The Infinity Bar, a must to sit and relax. It also has a sunset DJ set at 4pm. Staff, was great to meet up with staff who have worked at other hotels - Fetih, Cihan and Sidar who provided us with amazing service - you have to try the cocktails! This bar also has baked potatoes available, they are delicious so you must try them. There is another bar and a snack bar that overlook the sea and they are also really good. Monte Cristo bar, this is where the evening entertainment was. We had a live band every night which is great although they did all finish at 10:30. Best band was Airbourne who provided an excellent soundtrack excellent rock set. Service in the bar was great and our waiter Seyidxan was brilliant. The hotel is of exceptional quality, the grounds are immaculate and the overall level of service was amazing. We will definitely return to this hotel. Finally take time to visit the bunny rabbits that are near reception!
