We had a great time with the kids at NGPB. It was peak season in July, the hotel was operating at full or almost full capacity, and yet the staff did very well. In particular, our manager Victoria did an amazing job of resolving all the issues that we had had both professionally and in a very nice manner. Huge thanks to her! The hotel is located between breathtaking mountains and very kid-friendly sea. We’ve eaten both at a la carte restaurants and the canteen, and both were good. The seafood restaurant has unbeatable sunset views, but Turkish food at the Phrygia was the best to me

We come all the way from Romania, and every year we look forward to returning because this place truly feels like our second home. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and always well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless every day. The minibar was always fully stocked, housekeeping did an excellent job, and every detail made us feel relaxed and cared for. The food is outstanding, with a huge variety and excellent quality. There is something delicious for everyone, and every meal is a pleasure. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm, elegant, and welcoming. The biggest reason we keep coming back is the incredible staff. Every single employee works hard to make guests feel special. A very special thank you to Kabeer, who is such a kind, friendly, and helpful assistant. He always greets us with a smile and is ready to help with anything. Thank you also to Tahir, who has become a true friend over the years. It is always a pleasure to see him again. We also want to thank Cagdas for his kindness and professionalism. A special appreciation goes to Emre, the manager, for leading such an amazing team and ensuring that everything runs perfectly. His dedication and attention to guests are clearly reflected in the exceptional service throughout the hotel. We have brought many friends from Romania with us over the years, and they all fell in love with NG just as we did.
