Overall, the hotel is quite decent. Just don't expect a five-star experience; it's actually a great four. My three-year-old and I felt comfortable with the building's seclusion (it's separate from the main buildings) while still having easy access to all amenities and direct access to the sea through two bays. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is clean, the food isn't very varied, but during our 10-day stay, we never felt "tired of it all." There was live music and a show daily. I'd also like to highlight the on-site spa, the management team, and Nora, the spa's professional. They are truly professionals.

“Average all inclusive”

We didn't have a good first impression of this hotel unfortunately. When we arrived we were told that the room we booked is 'bad' but we can upgrade for €120 for the week. We didn't have a good first impression of this hotel unfortunately. When we arrived we were told that the room we booked is 'bad' but we can upgrade for €120 for the week. We declined and got to our room and it was a perfectly fine hotel room, so this felt 'scammy'. The food in the main restaurant is subpar and not good for vegetarians (some food was not labelled). The food at the snack bar near the pool is probably the best food of the lot. We didn't like the fact that the fruit in the 'patisserie' was on a platter out in the open, with flies landing on it throughout the day. After finding a decent nearby restaurant which we went to every night instead of eating at the hotel, we were okay. We really liked the private beach - in September there is ample availability of loungers! The staff were lovely throughout the hotel. Overall, I would say the main con of this resort is the food, but the main pros are the staff and beach.
