Just back from a great week here. Location was good, a short 5 mins drive to Hisaronu town centre, taxis cheap. Great atmosphere and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Just back from a great week here. Location was good, a short 5 mins drive to Hisaronu town centre, taxis cheap. Great atmosphere and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Staff were amazing, especially the entertainment team Carlos and Oscar, great entertainment for kids and Adults. Food was lovely, plenty to choose from and if you are a fussy eater like myself then there is always the snack bar where you can get Burgers, hotdogs, chicken,fries etc. Great value for money and I would also like to give a big shout out to Bahri in the restaurant, who was very attentive. Definitely be back soon. Davie and Catherine x.

“Relax and have fun at Sahra su”

This hotel is perfect situated surrounded by picturesque mountains. This hotel is perfect situated surrounded by picturesque mountains. On are first day we was greeted by the pool by semih who help us book are turkish bath and massage sky,pikachu, goy- therapist and duygu-therapist were absolutely wonders we left feeling relaxed, fresh, and cleansed. The entertainment team Carlos,Oscar, rose were on it all day different activities around the pool and evenings started with kids disco then an act and competition with no pressure to join in just to enjoy. The serving staff were all great but I must mention Berkan and Zavak who were friendly and attentive. Food I consider myself quite a picky eater however the snack menu is a meal on its own with simple pizza, burgers and even spag bol all home made and fresh. The main dining room is full with different foods and fresh kebab meat cooked in front of u. With a array of fruit and salad on offer my only issue was deserts wasn't labelled. Rooms we booked a swim up room which was plenty comfortable the cleaner left a fresh pattern on are bed everyday on are final day she place fresh flowers on are bed it was beautiful unfortunately i didnt get her name. Overall a wonderful relaxing holiday great for couples and family's

Fantastic holiday had by all, hotel is amazing especially over at the villas and bungalows, the food was amazing, plenty to choose from, bar staff were very friendly, entertainment staff were amazing Carlos and Oscar made the holiday, will definitely be back 👍

After just returning from our stay at Sahra Su, I wanted to share my thoughts. After just returning from our stay at Sahra Su, I wanted to share my thoughts. The complex is set with the most beautiful mountainous backdrop where you can watch hundreds of paragliders flying over the mountain top. The hotel atmosphere is amazing, the staff cannot do enough for you to make your stay comfortable. Every staff member worked exceptionally hard and long hours but always with a welcoming smile. The restaurant and bar staff were all amazing, Yusef (Joseph), Gamze (the only female waitress we saw), Hazar to name a few but honestly all were amazing. The entertainment team, Carlos and Oscar were just outstanding, nobody was forced to join in, but more than welcome if you wanted to, always upbeat, happy, smiling (even when my son almost blinded Oscar 😬 so sorry 🫶) always plenty of activities to keep everyone busy and inclusive for all ages. The beach party is a must at No1 beach club, you can make the day what you want, relax, play in the sea, dance, play games eat drink etc...such a good day, price includes transfers, (very comfy) sun loungers and club entrance. We also went to the bue lagoon, again price included transfers, entrance and sun loungers, the sea is very calm, warm and shallow, so ideal for families to play, I wouldnt describe it as "blue" but definitely worth a visit, food and drink were reasonably priced. We stayed in a double room which wasnt practical or big enough for us, we did ask to change but the hotel was full, future bookings will be for a bungalow which seemed so much better. Our double room was very small for two adults, a teen and a child so would definitely recommend upgrading if you can. The room was a bit tired but clean, beds were comfy but would benefit from more pillows (we did ask but wasnt delivered). Rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Pool areas were nice, always staff tidying and clearing empties away, the only negative is the cats sometimes made a mess near the pool area which could be quite off putting if near your lounger. There is a baby pool and slide with lifeguard on duty, very on the ball and kept all the kids in check. The food was a slight worry for me after reading some bad reviews but we found it absolutely delicious, there was always something amazing to eat, with lots of authentic Turkish dishes and the usual English choices too. Every meal I had was tasty and well cooked, the chefs were all superb. There was also a snack bar, waffle bar and icecreams available, all available at different times of the day, but cover most of the day as one ends another starts. The only negative I would comment on is the "boss" that was around the restaurant area, I've never seen a staff member sit in a customer area, eating smoking, being served by staff and openly berating staff members infront of customers, these staff that work extremely hard and would have most definitely felt humiliated with this unprofessional behaviour. Overall I would say this is a great hotel to stay at, we enjoyed everyday of our holiday and would live to return at some point, definitely give it a try 🙂
