This is our third stay here, and once again, it has been an exceptional experience. NG is our favorite hotel on this coast. The bay is absolutely stunning, the location is exceptional, and the views of the mountains and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea are simply breathtaking. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is not only its location, but the people and the outstanding level of service. Even during the peak of the high season, with the hotel fully booked, everything feels comfortable, relaxed, perfectly organized, and exceptionally well maintained. The professionalism and genuine hospitality of the staff deserve special recognition. Every request and individual wish of the guest is met with genuine care and attention. I don’t think it is even necessary to separately mention the food, service, entertainment, cleanliness, or housekeeping — everything is maintained at the highest possible level. After three visits, it is a place we genuinely look forward to returning to. We will definitely be back, and certainly more than once. From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank the entire hotel team for making our holiday so wonderful.

Everyone was always so friendly, helpful, and available whenever we needed anything. The sea was simply breathtaking — crystal-clear, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and maintained to a very high standard. Everything was thoughtfully organized to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. I would recommend NG Phaselis Bay without hesitation to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and high-quality holiday experience. “Amazing Experience”

Our stay at NG Phaselis Bay was outstanding. Everything was perfect: food, drinks, pools, entertainment, and service. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Samir and Kabir. A truly flawless experience. Highly recommended. 10/10!
