I don’t agree with all the negative comments left for this hotel. It is a budget hotel based right on the beach, with all the basics you need. It’s clean, it covers all the basics needs, not crowded, room is clean, friendly staff, bottled bear is available, beach super clean, food is good. Lots of things to do if you step out the hotel. If you are looking for a quick break on the budget, with food, drink, sea this is a bargain for money! No problems whatsoever.

Not the standard expected from a 4-star All Inclusive hotel We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star All Inclusive experience, but unfortunately there were several issues that affected our holiday. We arrived late at night after our flight and transfer, and there was no food available (only soup) on arrival despite being booked on an All Inclusive package. The first room we received was not in a good condition for a 4-star hotel. The bathroom had issues, including a broken shower door and very basic facilities. After reporting the problems, the hotel moved us to another room which was slightly better, and we appreciated that they took action. The food selection was quite limited. Breakfast and lunch did not have much variety, and many food items were not labelled, making it difficult to know exactly what some products contained. Communication with staff was also very difficult. The majority of staff, including at reception, speak mainly Russian and have limited English, which made it challenging to ask questions or receive clear information. Some facilities also came as a surprise: * WiFi is charged separately at around €3 per day per person * beach towels are not provided free of charge — they must be purchased for €5 (and you keep the towel); * the All Inclusive package does not include drinks at the beach bar. If you want drinks there, you need to buy them separately, and outside drinks are not allowed on the beach. The hotel did have some positive points, such as good desserts and the fact that staff moved us to another room after our complaint. Overall, we feel that the service and facilities do not fully match what we expected from a 4-star All Inclusive hotel.
