I had a fantastic stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Madrid Valdebebas. The room was excellent—modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed. The food deserves a special mention: it is hands down the best of any restaurant in the area. Every meal was delicious, well-presented, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Service truly made the difference. A special shout-out to Paula, who was incredibly attentive and always made sure we were well taken care of. She genuinely went above and beyond. Also, Ives at the front door—always smiling, welcoming, and professional. He creates a great first impression and is clearly a high-potential employee. Overall, an outstanding experience. Excellent hotel, amazing food, and a team that truly cares about guest satisfaction. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful hotel! We needed a place to stay by the airport our last night in Madrid and so glad we booked this hotel. Wonderful hotel! We needed a place to stay by the airport our last night in Madrid and so glad we booked this hotel. The shuttle was convenient, the staff was friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. I especially appreciated the free minibar drinks, and the buffet breakfast is 10/10 the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!!! Loved this hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at INNSiDE by Meliá. The hotel is absolutely stunning modern, stylish, and spotless. The food was amazing, and every member of staff we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was beautiful and incredibly comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were really impressed from start to finish and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

“Shuttle from the airport lets it down”

Our stay did not start great - there were about 60 people waiting for the hotel shuttle from Terminal 4. Given the minibus fits 20 people and comes every half an hour, it would have taken us at least 1:30hr before getting on. Our stay did not start great - there were about 60 people waiting for the hotel shuttle from Terminal 4. Given the minibus fits 20 people and comes every half an hour, it would have taken us at least 1:30hr before getting on. A taxi took 5mins, but overcharged us EUR33 for the 5min journey… The hotel desperately needs a bigger vehicle or to run the shuttles more frequently. There was zero effort made to deal with this issue. When we arrived to the hotel, there was a huge queue of people waiting to check in. Thankfully I had checked-in online and was able to get a room card from one of the automated machines, but otherwise it would have been another 20-30mins. The room itself was modern, in great shape and spacious. The bed was comfortable. A lot of light leaked in through the door from the corridor, but other than that the room was dark. The temperature was pleasant. The free minicar is a nice touch. Apart from the toilet, the bathroom is open and only has a curtain to separate it from the room. Everything worked well, however. We had some snacks at the hotel’s Yatta street food restaurant. Two baos and two tacos came to EUR28 - I’d recommend going to the Burger King opposite instead. Service was slow, these two basic dishes took 20mins to arrive. Return journeys to the airport in the shuttle can be pre booked and we made it back easily and quickly in the morning. Overall, a solid hotel that desperately needs to work on its shuttle service and how to operate when it’s busy.
