He was always attentive, making everything feel personalized and genuinely warm. The team seems happy and works in great harmony, which you can truly feel as a guest. Highly recommended!

I am not the kind of person to leave reviews unless I had an exceptional experience, and certainly my wife and I had an exceptional experience staying at the Melia Serengeti. I don’t have enough words to describe the kindness, warmth, attention to detail, and organization Melia at Serengeti has. You can easily perceive their commitment to excellence and their commitment to making you feel welcomed and valued. From the cleanliness of the rooms, to the delicious/abundant/diverse food/drinks, to a top of the notch clinic, to organizing all our activities down to every detail, I cannot say enough about everything that makes Melia an exceptional place to stay at. My wife and I did: 3 game drives, we went to a hot air ballon experience and visited the Ngorongoro Crater, and they made sure we had everything we needed. And when we would come back they would always ask how the activity went! The place itself is spectacular, the view, the room, the pool, the silence, location…everything! But beyond the aesthetic of the place, it was the warmth of the people that stood out the most. Without a doubt our experience of the Serengeti was enhanced by Melia, so if you are looking for absolutely the best, Melia at the Serengeti is what you are looking for. You definitely get your money’s worth. Finally, a special thanks to Andrea, the Resident Manager, for all her support, attention and care for us during our stay.
