“Excellent choice for Terminal 4 travellers”
The airport shuttle was quick and effective. They allowed me to check in before at 11:50 am at no extra cost. The room is spacious, clean, and modern. This is my 3rd experience using Barajas near Hotels, and this one is the best, especially flying from T4 or T4S terminals.

“perhaps the best of the INNSIDES”
Sparklingly new, spacious common spaces, good food, nice rooms, wonderful young hip front desk staff, great choice when you want to be near Barajas for an early a.m. flight, currently out in the middle of a nowhere construction site but some day soon may well be a destination spot. Stopped during a layover in Madrid and everything was perfect. “Shuttle from the airport lets it down”
Our stay did not start great - there were about 60 people waiting for the hotel shuttle from Terminal 4. Given the minibus fits 20 people and comes every half an hour, it would have taken us at least 1:30hr before getting on.
